We have the following requirements for Pre-Anesthetic Bloodwork performed within 90 days of the appointment with us:
- For pets 5 years and younger, we require a CBC & Basic Chem.
- For pets 6 years and older, we require a CBC, Super Chem, T4, & UA.
We also require the pet’s medical records for the past 2 years as well as any previous dental records. This includes any specialist’s visits, proof of a negative heartworm test (canines), and proof of the current Rabies Vaccine.
